Pam Sprague

Pam Sprague is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Chartwell Partners. She has worked in executive search since 1999. Prior to joining Chartwell Partners, Pam advanced through the office of Davies Park Executive Search from Research Associate to Director of Search Services.

Her executive search work has been broad in scope. While with Davies Park, she recruited senior executives to the higher education, oil and gas, not-for-profit, municipal, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Upon joining Chartwell Partners, Pam’s areas of focus have included the financial services, healthcare, consumer and not-for-profit sectors.

Pam began her career in sports marketing progressing through the Chicago Bulls organization and serving as the team’s first Director of Community Services. Upon leaving the team, she had the unique experience of working for Michael Jordan. She opened the Chicago office for JUMP, Inc., coordinated Jordan’s Chicago-based public relations and helped to create The Michael Jordan Foundation.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
